How to: Change the properties of a control on a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, select the desired control, select the 'View' menu, select 'Properties', and make the changes.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in the Design view and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) To change the properties of a control:
a) Click to select the desired control. (Handles appear around the control.)

b) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'. (The property sheet for the selected control appears.)
NOTE 1: A brief description of the selected control appears in the property sheet status bar.

NOTE 2: The properties for each control must be defined individually.
c) Make the desired changes, selections and entries for the control.
NOTE: The property sheet contains five tabs.
d) To close the property sheet, click the 'X' in the upper-right hand corner of the property sheet.

NOTE: The properties will be saved only when the design view is saved.
